i.e.  If your rental unit is $325.00 and it is not a holiday, your admittance fee would be an additional $120.00 for a combined cost of $445.00 for the entire weekend.

This unit has five beds, an 8x12 room with screens, an 8x8 deck, fireplace, washer/dryer, three flat screen LCD's, satellite tv & radio and a bar.  No smoking and no pets!!!  This unit will only rent to people who have a good rental history with us.  Rents for $130.00 per day, $325.00 per weekend, and $400.00 for holidays.  On a sewer site and has a built in generator in case of power outages.

All of these rentals have microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, fans, heaters, gas grills, and picnic tables. These trailers also come with basic cooking and serving utensils, silverware, glasses, etc..  You must supply your own towels and bedding.  All rentals have a/c unless otherwise stated.
Advance reservations are a must for rental trailers!
Rental unit prices are in addition to ground fees.

We are not a hotel.  We base prices on daily rates.  I.E. Friday thru Sunday is three days.  Friday morning to Saturday after 10 a.m. is two days.

Most of these units are also for sale.  If you are interested in purchasing a trailer contact Dennis.  We are very short on permanent campsites, and all trailers sold on site may remain on that camp site.
