Rates for year 2010
Rates Subject to change without notice.
All fees are based on a seasonal rate from May 1 until October 1,  campsite use between October 1 and April 30 will result in additional fees depending on usage to be determined by Cherry Lane Management.  All electric will be shut off no later than October 30 and will only be turned on in April or by request.

You do not have to be a member to visit Cherry Lane!  If you are not a member the "non-member" rates apply to you.  If you choose to become a member there are two types of membership, "full membership" includes a permanent campsite.  If you are an "associate member" you have full access to the facilities but do no have a permanent campsite and you are subject to daily electric fees..

Membership Rates

Full membership (renting a permanent campsite) $700.00 w/$100 discount for prompt payment (on or before due date).
Associate Membership $725.00 w/$100 discount for prompt payment (no permanent campsite) includes 24/7 access with the exception of the Swingers Convention.

Campsite Fees w/membership

Camp Sites #1 through #119      $660.00 + $39.60 use tax*
Camp Sites #120 through #161 $700.00 + $42.00 use tax*
Campsite with sewer add         $200.00 + $12.00 use tax* 

*use tax is the same as sales tax, but because of Michigan's tax law we have to refer to it as "use tax"

Water & Electric Fees

Because someone called the utilities commission and complained, we can no longer charge by the Kwh.  We must charge a flat rate

Electric (daily) $ 10.00
Seasonal Flat rate $ 250.00 May 1 through September 30
Full time summer residents $450.00 May 1 through September 30
 
Golf Carts (electric) $75.00  per cart; per season
Additional plugs in pedestal or additional refrigerators:  $210 per season

Gate access cards will be available to members for $20.00 deposit per card.

Non-member Rates
Daily Rate (no campsite) (single or couple) $ 35.00 (10 AM to 6 PM)
Overnight stay $50 (10 AM until 10 AM the following day Sunday through Thursday only.  Only available to single males with sponsorship from a member couple.

Single male guests of couples will pay normal rates.
Single female guests of couples will pay 60% of the normal rate.

Weekend Rate (non-holiday) $130.00 (Friday 10AM to Sunday 6 PM)
Staying until the following morning (Monday) (leaving by 11AM) will be an additional $15.00 charge. (Except holiday weekends)

Weekend Rate (Holiday) $150.00 Friday 10AM to Monday 6 PM)
Staying until the following morning (Tuesday)  (leaving by 11AM) will be an additional $15.00 charge.

Additional Days (weekdays) in conjunction with a weekend visit $ 15.00 + electric

Dance Only Rates;

Dance only $60.00 w/arrival after 6 PM until 10AM following day---Full rate for arrival before 6PM 
Dance only on club sponsored weekends will be $75.00

Trailer moves inside park $10.00 (hook up and drop)
Trailer setup and leveling $175.00
Trailer moves outside park $2.00 per loaded mile (min $60.00)
All labor @$25.00 per hour, per person (2 hour min.)
All trucking and equipment @$45.00 per hour) 1 hour min. plus material costs
